MBBS (General Medicine) Admission in Orel State University, Russia. No Donetion Direct Admission 2016.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates must look the all Information mindfully before apply.There are five steps to complete admission process at Orel State University- OSU (Oryol State University):

STEP 1: How to Apply:

Students can apply online. After reading the complete information on website about tuition fee and courses first you have to choose the course.

After choosing the course you should send OUS (Oryol State University) the following documents by email:

  • Filled Application Form
  • Copy of International Passport (minimum valid for one year)
  • Copy of School Certificate (with subject details)

After reviewing the above written documents, They shall notify you about acceptance or rejection. If you will be accepted then They shall issue you Admission Confirmation Letter in one working day.

STEP 2: How to get the Invitation Letter:

To get an invitation letter from Orel State University- OSU (Oryol State University) require the following documents:

  • Filled Application Form
  • Copy of International Passport (minimum valid for one year)
  • Copy of School Certificate (with subject details)
  • Cost of Invitation Letter 400 US$
  • Cost of Courier 100 US$

You can send International office of OSU the documents by email or by fax. Please take care that documents should be scanned properly and should be clearly readable. You can transfer to OSU the payment bank transfer or by western Union or Money Gram. Please send to OSU the receipt of payments to confirm them. Invitation are issued by the Home office and it takes one month time to issue the invitation letter. After receiving documents and payment. OSU shall send you the Original Invitation letter, Admission Confirmation letter and visa support letter by courier.

STEP 3: VISA

After getting invitation letter from OSU ( Orel State University) student should contact the Russian Embassy in his/her country.

Visa Requirements are as follows:

  • Original Invitation letter
  • Original international passport (valid for one year)
  • Higher Secondary School certificate (should be legalized)
  • Birth Certificate (should be legalized)
  • Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (should be legalized)
  • 8 Passport size Photos (3 x 4)

P.S. : In some countries Embassy of Russian Federation require legalization of documents from specific departments. P.S: In some specific countries Russian embassy require some additional documents. For complete visa requirements, please contact the Embassy of Russian Federation in your country.

STEP 4: Arrival:

  • After getting visa from Russian embassy or Consulate, students should inform to international Office of Orel State University about his/her flight details with date and arrival time.
  • One of their representative shall receive the student at the airport.
  • In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she shall be deported back to homeland.

STEP 5: Admission & Start of Classes :

  • Every Student should must go with complete documents and with Full First year Expenses. After Arrival in Russia or at University,
  • you should submit the complete documents and first year complete charges as written on Admission Confirmation Letter to International Department.
  • Staff of International Relations office will complete the admission process in one or two working  days and after that they will allow you to start the classes.

Tuition Fee for General Medicine in English Medium:

The fee details at OSU for session 2015-2016 are as follows:

English medium Courses:

01. General Medicine (MBBS Course)

  • Duration: General Medicine : 6 year
  • Tuition Fee : 4300 US$   (every year)
  • Accommodation: 800 US$ (every year)
  • Other Expenses Includes (Medical Insurance, Insurance for illegal Immigration, Medical checkup, Registration fee, Admission fee, Arrival expenses, Transportation charges, Service charges) : 1700 US$.
  • Complete First Year Expenses: 6800 US$.
  • Second Year and Onwards: 5400 US$ (every year).

02. TUITION FEE FOR PREPARATORY / PREMEDICAL DEPARTMENT

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Tuition Fee : 2200 US$   (every year)
  • Accommodation: 800 US$ (every year)
  • Other Expenses Includes (Medical Insurance, Insurance for illegal Immigration, Medical checkup, Registration fee, Admission fee, Arrival expenses, Transportation charges, Service charges) : 1500 US$
  • Complete First Year Expenses: 4500 US$

TUITION FEE FOR ALL COURSES IN RUSSIAN MEDIUM

  • General Medicine / Dentistry / Pharmacy
  • Tuition Fee : 3300 US$   (every year)
  • Accommodation: 800 US$ (every year)
  • Other Expenses: 300 US$
  • Complete expenses for every year: 4400 US$

All Engineering, Economics and Other fields:

  • Tuition Fee : 2500 US$   (every year)
  • Accommodation: 800 US$ (every year)
  • Other Expenses: 300 US$
  • Complete expenses for every year: 3600 US$

Tuition Fee for MASTERS in All Engineering, Economics and Other fields:

  • Tuition Fee : 3000 US$   (every year)
  • Accommodation: 800 US$ (every year)
  • Other Expenses: 300 US$
  • Complete expenses for every year: 4100 US$

International Office will also extend the visa from Home Office.

International Office staff will complete all the formalitiesould start your classes in one or two working days.
