WB SET 2023 Admit Card Released Collect Online.
The West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) has been released the SET exam 2023 Admit Card and schedule (Time Table) for the 25th State Eligibility Test (SET) for the posts of Assistant Professor in West Bengal. The candidates has collected the Admit Card for 25th SET through login from the official website of The West Bengal College Service Commission WBCSC www.wbcsconline.in from 22nd November, 2023 onwards.

The West Bengal SET Exam 2023 Admit Card has was released on 22 November, 2023 in WBCSC official Website. The candidates has collected the Admit Card from the official website. Follow the Steps mentioned below:
- At first open the official Website (www.wbcsconline.in)
- Now Click on the Applicant Login Tab.
- Enter your User Name and Password in the box
- Now you will see the Admit Card Download Page
- Download the Admit Card and take a printout.

WB 25th SET Admit Card Correction 2023:
Any type of correction in the Admit Card will be done after verification of Attendance Sheet and Valid ID Proof of the candidates (i.e. VOTER ID/ AADHAAR/ PASSPORT/ PAN/ DRIVING LICENCE). This will be done after proper verification/scrutiny by the Officer-in-Charge of the Test Centre along with his/her signature and official seal.
The candidates must bring two copies of passport size photographs also. The candidates must submit the photocopy of the corrected Admit Card (two copies) personally to the office of the Commission (WBCSC) in working days (12 noon – 3 pm) within 29th December, 2023 and the corrected Admit Card must be self-attested. The officer-in-charge is the authority of the test Centre and his/her decision is final in all the cases.

SCHEME AND DATE OF SET TEST 2023:
The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be held on 17th December, 2023 (SUNDAY) in two separate sessions as under:

Impotent Instruction:
Paper-I shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions, each carrying 2 marks. The questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching, research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
Paper-II shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions, each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the subject selected by the candidate. All the questions of Paper – II will be compulsory, covering entire syllabi of earlier Paper II & Paper – III (including all electives, without options).
The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper – I & Paper – II on the OMR Sheet provided along with the test booklet.
The detailed instructions for filling up the OMR sheet are given in Item No. 16. It may be noted that these instructions will not be sent to any of the candidates by post.

Important Instructions – SET Exam 2023 West Bengal:
- Before submission of the online Application Form, the candidate should read this notification carefully.
- The State Eligibility Test (SET) will be held on 17th December, 2023 (SUNDAY) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only in West Bengal. WBCSC will conduct SET in 33 subjects (listed in Item No. 13) at selected Test Centres of different Districts (listed in Item No. 14) of West Bengal.
- Eligibility for Assistant Professor will depend on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of SET in aggregate. Candidates who qualify the Test for eligibility for Assistant Professor will be governed by the rules and regulations for recruitment of Assistant Professor in West Bengal.
- The result of the SET will be made available in the website: www.wbcsconline.in as and when it is declared. The candidate will not be individually intimated about their result.
- Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Persons with Disability (PWD) / Other Backward Classes(OBC) (Non- creamy layer)/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Candidates will be given such special concessions as may be decided by the WBCSC under the Guidelines of UGC.
