Gitam Admission Test – 2016 (GAT) entrance examination has been announced by GITAM University for admission to Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy programs. This entrance Exam fully computer based online test for admission to Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy programs for the year 2016- 2017.
Candidates who want to admission and eligible for this entrance exam they can apply online through the official website and offline Application form will be available throughout India at taken from the selected branches of Indian Bank, Union Bank of India and Karur Vysya Bank.

Eligible Criteria GAT-2016:
Candidates must have passed in Intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% aggregate marks for B.Arch/B.Pharm.) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and first class from a recognized Central/State Board either in 2016 or 2015 and rank in GAT-2016.
Note: Candidates with Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects are eligible for B.Tech, Biotechnology and B.Pharmacy. Candidate should be more details know from the Official Website.
How to Apply:
Online Application Procedure: It involves 3 steps process to be followed as stated below:
Step1: Fill the Online Application Form:
The candidate should furnish all the details while filling the Online Application Form. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and this can be used to complete the remaining steps of the application form and also for your future correspondence.
Step2: Upload of Photograph:

- Upload your recent passport size color photograph (Not older than 3 months).
- The scanned image of photograph should be in jpg format only.
- Size of the photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 50 kb.
- Dimension of photograph image should be 4 cm (width) x 4 cm (Height) only.
NOTE: There is an access to modify / change the details entered in the application from before the payment of registration fee. Once the payment of the registration fee is done, details of the candidate already entered cannot be modified / change.
Step3: Payment of Registration Fee:
Payment by Debit Card /Credit Card/:The candidate has to select Debit Card /Credit Card (Visa / Master Card) option to pay the registration fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the acknowledgment page. Candidates can Apply Online at through the official website and offline Application form will be available throughout India at taken from the selected branches of Indian Bank, Union Bank of India and Karur Vysya Bank.
