Today, May 19, Friday, at 10 am, the result of Madhyamik exam 2023 was announced. The honorable President of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Shri Ramanuja Gangopadhyay held a press conference at 10 am and officially announced the results of Madhyamik Examination 2023 and also announced the date and schedule of Madhyamik Examination for the next year (2024). This year, the result of secondary examination was published after 74 days.
According to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE), the number of candidates this year has decreased significantly compared to last year. A total of 5 lakh 65 thousand students passed the secondary examination this year. According to board sources, apart from having grading for each subject, there will be grading along with total marks and each mark sheet and certificate will have QR code.

According to the information so far, there are 14 students from Bankura district, 13 students from South Kolkata, 11 students from East Medinipur district, 9 students from North Twenty Four Parganas district, 9 students from West Burdwan district. , 6 students from Purulia district, 5 students from Hooghly district, 4 students from Malda district, 3 students from Cooch Behar district have been placed in merit list.
