MGM Institute of Health Sciences invited application from eligible candidates for Ph.D, B.Sc (Para Medical) , M.Sc and B.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination for 2016. Candidates can apply through online from the official website. So look the all important information before filling the Application form.Candidates can get the application form from the official website www.mgmuhs.com.
► Who are Apply:
Candidate appearing in the final examination of a respective Master’s degree shall also be eligible to apply and appear for the Entrance Test. However, their enrolment for PhD Course will be subject to the eligibility at the Master’s degree. The result of Entrance Test of such candidate will be validated only after his/her Master’s degree Examination Result in the same cycle-year which shall not be later than the date of registration for PhD course.
► How To Apply :
1. Download the application form the Institute official website.
2. Filled in Application Form may be submitted by hand or sent by post to reach the Office of the
Registrar, ‘MGM Institute of Health Sciences’, Navi Mumbai: in an envelope superscripted “Ph D Application 2016” along with
a) Attested copies of the Statement of Marks of Master’s Degree
b) Demand Draft of Rs. 3,000/- drawn in favour of MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Navi Mumbai, towards the cost of application form and Entrance Test for In Medical & Allied Health Sciences, Nursing and Physiotherapy.
C).Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Navi Mumbai, towards the cost of application form and Entrance Test for B.Sc (Para Medical).

1) HSC – Statement of Marks
2) HSC –Passing Certificate
3) Bachelor Degree Examination – Statement of Marks
4) Bachelor Degree Certificate
5) Master Degree Examination – Statement of Marks

Date of CET Exam : 10th July, 2016 (Sunday).
Interview on : 11th July, 2016 (Monday).

Date of issue of application form : 01st May, 2016
Last date of submission of application form : 30th June, 2016

► Following is the Pattern of Ph.D. Entrance Examination to be held on 10.07.2016
Scheme of Examination:
The examination will consist of Paper I and Paper II
Paper I – Research Aptitude Test Total Marks : 50
a) Research Methodology : 30 Marks (6 questions of 5 Marks each)
b) English Language Competency : 10 Marks (5 questions of 2 Marks each)
c) Basic Computer Knowledge : 10 Marks (5 questions of 2 Marks each)
Time allotted -1 hour 30 Minutes
Part II – Subject Specific Test Total Marks : 50
(Subject of PG Qualification)
Multiple Choice Questions : 10 Marks (10 questions of 1 mark each).
Theoretical Descriptive Question : 40 Marks (8 questions of 5 marks each).
Time allotted – 1 hour 30 minutes.
No negative marking.
