CIIL Mysore Training Program in Language Education 10 Month (July 2016 – April 2017).
Central Institute of Indian Language (CIIL) Mysore has been invited application for admission to ten Month training Programme in Language Education in any of the modern Indian Languages at the following seven Regional language Centres. The total number of seats available for admission is 550 with quotas reserved for different categories as per the following policy of the Government. So eligible all candidates can apply within the last date of application submission.
The applicants should be Teachers/ Research Students/ Minority Language speakers/ Translators or other who are genuinely interested in language studies.Last Date of Application Submission :15th April 2016.
Course Duration for Language Training Programme : Ten Month.
Total Number of Seats: 550.
Centres & Languages Offered:
Southern Regional Language Centre, Mysore – Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu
Eastern Regional Language Centre, Bhubaneswar – Bengali, Maithili, Oriya & Santali
Northern Regional Language Centre, Patiala – Dogri, Kashmiri, Punjabi & Urdu
Western Regional Language Centre, Pune – Gujarati, Konkani, Marathi & Sindhi
Urdu Teaching and Research Centre, Solan – Urdu
Urdu Teaching and Research Centre, Lucknow – Urdu
North Eastern Regional Language Centre, Guwahati – Assamese, Bodo, Manipuri & Nepali.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
The applicants should not be trained earlier in any of the languages in any of the above Centres. They should not have any previous knowledge in the language applied for; the seats are reserved for in service teachers working in Government/Fully Govt. Aided/Govt. recognized High Schools (6th to 10th classes) with 3 years of teaching experience.
The selected teachers from Govt. /fully Govt. Aided schools will be paid their salaries based on the Last Pay Certificate sent by their respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers.In addition to salary, the trainees will also be paid a stipend of Rs.800/- per month during the training period.
