Counselling round 1 has now fixed by the CSC (Nursing),Government of West Bengal. Candidates if seats are available after 1st counselling round then 2nd round of counselling will be started by the JENPARH authority for the session 2018-19 and so on.The counselling is conducted by the Central Selection Committee (Nursing), W.B. Govt. College of Nursing, Kolkata.

Nursing courses in different Government and Private Nursing colleges / Institutions of West Bengal through Joint Entrance Test (JENPAUH-2018) conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) on behalf of Central Selection Committee (Nursing), West Bengal Government College of Nursing (SSKM Hospital Campus) functioning under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal.

Eligibility criteria for admission B.Sc. Nursing:
- B.Sc. Nursing Admission (only female candidates are eligible)
- The candidate must pass H.S. (10+2) examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from any recognized Board/Council (refer to the list of Recognized Boards given in Appendix-7) in regular class mode.
- The candidate must pass in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical, wherever applicable) in each of the subjects.
- The candidate must also secure minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC-A & B, PwD candidates) marks in aggregate in 10+2 level.
- The candidate has to be medically fit to undergo the course.
WBJJEE JENPARH- 2018 Examination:
For the academic session of 2018-19, the Board will conduct common entrance examinations titled JENPAUH-2018 for admission to following courses in Colleges/ Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
a) B.Sc. Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing)
b) B.P.T. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
c) B.A.S.L.P. (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology)
d) B.M.L.T (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technician).
Admission Process:
Successful candidates in 1st round are required to report to allotted college/institution within the specific period of reporting as indicated in the counselings schedule for completion of admission formalities. Prior to admission the candidates are required to undergo document verification by physical presence at the mentioned venue on the date and time as mentioned in the schedule.
Seat Matrix:
Course wise and institute wise availability of seats will be announced by the concerned authorities before counseling.
Counselling/seat allotment and admission:
A) WBJEEB does not conduct counselling or admission for B. Sc. (Nursing)/ B.P.T./B.A.S.L.P. courses. The Board only conducts the entrance examination and prepares the merit list.
