AMU Exam Result 2016 – Check Results of Admission Tests.
Aligarh Muslim University has been conducted the entrance exam 2016 for admission to various courses in their colleges. The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) result 2016 for admission tests conducted in year 2016 will be published online. AMU Result 2016 will published on www.amucontrollerexams.com after the exam. AMU results will be released after the exam and the links to check them shall also be hosted on this page for all the exam takers. As the entrance exams for different courses will be held at different days, the dates of result declaration will also vary for them. Hence, the links for all the results will be made active on this page with their declaration. The candidates are advised to stay in touch for latest updates and news on the Result of AMU.
No separate intimation letters will be sent to the candidates short-listed for interview / selected /counselling for admission. The lists of candidates shortlisted for Interview / G.D. / Counselling and the lists of those selected / counselling for admission will be displayed on the Notice Boards of the concerned Faculty / College / Centre / Proctor’s Office / Controller’s website. The dates notified for Interview / G.D. / Counselling/Admission shall strictly be followed.

The admissions in various entrance exam based courses will be done only after the candidates have qualified the exam. The All Merit List will be released for the reserved as well as the unreserved candidates separately.
AMU Result : How to Check the Exam Scores:
- Log on to the official web page where the results are hosted by clicking on the link mentioned in the top section of the article.
- This will open an online form which will ask for the course you have appeared in the test for. Submitting the appropriate choice will open the form in which you will be required to enter the exam roll number as well as the date of birth and application number etc.
- Finally, the candidates will be able to check the exam results.
Admission to Test Courses are given through Counselling(wherever applicable) / Select List. No separate Intimation letters will be sent to the selected candidates for Counseling (wherever applicable) /Admission.
The results will show the complete details such as:
- Name, Personal Details, Exam Roll Number
- Marks in the each exam section
- Aggregate Score in the exam
- Ranks and cutoff details
Cutoff Release:
- The result release will be accompanied with the cutoff release which will be the limiting score to short list the candidates. Cutoff marks will be different for different categories.
- The candidates scoring marks equal to or more than the cutoff will be considered for admissions and rest will be disqualified.
Merit List Release:
- The merit list will contain the names of the candidates in the increasing order of their ranks which will be allotted on the basis of marks in the exam.
- The merit lists for all the courses will be made available soon after the declaration of AMU Result.
