Writer and Extra Time for Physically Challenged Candidates for Higher Secondary Examination 2020.

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has issued an important Notice on 24/12/2019 for Higher Secondary examinees. Submit the application form to the Head Teacher of the school, along with their Physically challenged Certificate, for the candidates who are physically challenged.

Physically Challenged Candidates helping Writer and Extra Time for Higher Secondary Exam 2020.

It is hereby informed that all concerned, including the Head of the School, should apply to the Deputy Secretary / Special Officer of the Local Regional Office along with the following information in the 2020 Higher Secondary Final Examination to assist the Physically Handicapped and additional time.

In the case of Writing Assistant – Writer’s help

1. The application must be made through the Head of Education.
2. With each application, the applicant and the writer helper should submit four copies of each passport size photograph.
3. The educational qualification of the Assistant Writer must be qualified in excess of eleventh grade and must be approved by the Head of the School.
4. Required copy of Government Certificate on Physical Impairment should be attached.
5. The name and code number of the center where the examiner will take the exam should be mentioned and a photocopy of the admit card should be added.
6. If the permission to use the Assistant Writer in the secondary examination has to be obtained, then the duplicate copy of the permit should be added.
7. The applicant must specify the mobile number in the application form.
   In terms of giving extra time –

8. The application form should be submitted through the Head of Education.

9. Applicant should submit two copy passport size photo along with application form.

10. A valid copy of the Government Certificate on Physical Disability should be attached.

11. The name and code number of the center where the examiner will take the exam should be mentioned and a photocopy of the admit card should be added.

12. Attestation certificate should be added if approved in secondary examination.
13. Applicant must add mobile number.
