SIIB, Pune – MBA Admission Programme 2017.
Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune has been announced admission for MBA Programme 2017. Candidates can apply only who have registered and paid for SNAP 2016 those candidates are eligible for apply.
Admission to all the courses and programmes at Symbiosis International University (SIU) are strictly on merit basis based on the criteria and processes prescribed by the University and assessment of individual performance in Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) for Postgraduate Studies and Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) for Undergraduate Studies.

How to Apply:
The Selection process is carried out in two steps.
Step I:
SNAP Test Each student desirous of admission to SIIB, Pune must appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test, which is a common written test for the admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. For SNAP Test information log on to http://www.snaptest.org and register.
Get your SNAP-ID. This SNAP-ID should be entered while applying to SIIB, Pune. Preserve the Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIIB, Pune. Appearing for SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in selection process at SIIB, Pune.
Step II:
Selection Process at SIIB, Pune Each student desirous of admission to SIIB Pune must apply SIIB, Pune separately, using the link given at the website. Short-listed Applicants based on SNAP scores will be called for the selection process at SIIB, Pune. Short listed candidates are announced via a web-link on SIIB Pune’s website as per the scheduled dates. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not called for GE-PIWAT. The entire selection process will be held at PUNE only. This process includes Group Exercise, Personal Interview & Written Ability Test (GE-PIWAT).
Note: Candidates should take due care to enter the correct details while filling the forms. At any point of time during the entrance process or even after securing admission, if details are found incorrect then candidate will be disqualified or after securing admission, admission will be cancelled without assigning the reason. Eligibility Criteria:
MBA – International Business
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% (for SC / ST Categories: 45%) aggregate marks at the graduate level from a statutory University.
Note : (for all Categories) Students who are in the final year of their bachelor’s degree education may also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at qualifying examination. Admission of such candidate will be provisional and will be cancelled in the event of non-fulfilment of the above stated criteria.
Important : It is the responsibility of the Candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International University.
MBA – Agri Business:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% (for SC / ST Categories: 45%) aggregate marks at the graduate level from a statutory University.

MBA – Energy & Environment:
Any Engineering graduate (BE / B. Tech.), B. Architecture, B.Sc. (Environmental Science) only with minimum 50% (for SC / ST Categories: 45%) aggregate marks at the graduate level from a statutory University are Eligible.

1. I have received the SNAP ID & Password, what can I use it for?
You can use the SNAP ID /email and password to fill in the SNAP application form, view / print the admit card, check MyMail, Modify Personal details. If you apply to institutes which take SNAP scores, you should use your SNAP ID.
2. My SNAP ID is 9999999. Please send the password to this mail id immediately.You will receive an email within 24 hours of registration. If you do not, please email [email protected]
3. I could not register online for SIIB, since the following error message appeared – “Java Script Error”.Please use Internet Explorer Ver 6.0 or above. This application also supports Mozilla and Google Chrome
4. I could not register online for SIIB, as i am not able to proceed after “I agree”..This application uses JavaScript Please make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. To enable JavaScript go to: Tools -> Internet Options ->Security -> Custom Level. Scroll down until you see section labeled ‘Scripting’ Under ‘Active Scripting’, select ‘Enable’ and click OK. “Click
refresh and do the registration again.
5. My current address is valid only till October end. Is it possible for me to update and make a change in the address in early November?
Yes, you can modify any set of personal details. You can do this after you have received your SNAP ID /email and password.
6. I registered online, but sent my DD without mentioning the SNAP ID. What do I do now?
Please send an email to [email protected] providing the DD number, bank on which it was drawn, your name, date of birth, phone number and email id. Mention “sent payment without SNAP ID” in the subject line.
7. I filled up the form online and have taken the DD also. I do not have access to a printer to print the payment advice form. What do I do?
You need to fill in your DD details with your SNAP ID & Name and programme applied for on a plain white sheet and send the DD along with it.
8. Do I need to purchase the institute prospectus of my interest separately?
NO. Since the common on line prospectus is available, the candidate is not required to purchase institute prospectus separately. However the candidate is required to register separately to the individual institute after the SNAP registration process is over.
